DECEMBER 2009 RELEASE

We are pleased to announce our opening of the first fully enclosed Recycling Sortation Facility for Construction and Demolition Recycling Materials in Western North Carolina.

We are proud to be the only privately owned enclosed facility in Western North Carolina to provide a service to the environment by recycling as much construction and demolition material as possible. This allows for us to work with and handle any LEED projects in the area for recycling objectives.  All customers and haulers are encouraged to use our facility.

Our facility will be open to anyone choosing to recycle construction materials.  We will reserve the right to accept only products that are recyclable.  Charges for materials are subject to the type of product and market limitations.

We are excited to be offering this service to our community and we look forward to working with everyone! Our hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 5:00pm.  We are conveniently located at 812 Riverside Drive near the UNCA exit off of I-26.  Please call the office with any questions that you may have at 828.259.3535.
LEED CERTIFICATION
We participate in the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system developed by the US Green Building Council.  Recycling is an important part of that certification. We provide full support and information for LEED certified projects.
